Program Overview

MYnd Gym for Mums is a 12wk program that will run in 2 x 6wk Terms. (No sessions will be held in school holidays).


Sessions run for 1hr per week on a Wednesday and a Saturday, starting on:

  • Wednesday, 25th May @10am

  • Saturday, 29th May @10am


To get the most out of the program we encourage you to attend all 12 sessions, however we also understand #mumlife, so we have the following options available for you:

  • Casual Sessions ($32) – come along to whatever sessions resonate with you the most. Simply book and pay at Reception.

  • 6 Sessions UPFRONT ($162) – book 6 sessions upfront and receive a discounted price.

  • 12 Sessions UPFRONT - $310 – book 12 sessions upfront and receive a discounted price.

*Bookings for ALL options are essential due to capacity in sessions and childcare (if required).
