As you may have heard, we have been running a pioneer program here at Kids Sport on the Beaches called “MYnd GYM for Mums".

Term 1 of MYnd GYM for Mums has just wrapped up and we are thrilled to announce that the feedback during our last session (and throughout the program) has been beyond what we could’ve hoped for!

We have received comments such as:

  • “Thank you so much for brightening my day! The course was amazing. I learnt so much and I’m feeling like I’m in a better space already. Thank you for sharing your Mum journey and generally being such a bright light!”

  • “OMG, I really needed this. Every Mum needs this. Thank you.”

  • “I love that you have childcare available so I can bring my kids with me. I have wanted to do something like this for ages but could not have come if you didn’t offer this service!”

  • “Thank you for an amazing 6 weeks of MYnd GYM. I have learned so much about caring for myself and filling my cup. I have a much greater understanding of how important self-care is.”

  • “I have really struggled with ‘Mum-guilt’ and feeling anxious and overwhelmed. I definitely feel much calmer and able to look at certain situations from a calmer space. My relationship with my partner has improved due to this also. Thank you.”

We truly understand that being a Mum is the hardest job a woman can have and we would love to encourage more Mums to go on this journey and join our growing, supportive and nurturing community.

Term 2 of MYnd GYM for Mums will commence on Wednesday, 20th July and Saturday, 23rd July.

*Same session held on both dates, so choose what day works best for you! Please book through your customer portal, or enquire with Reception.

*Please ensure you have booked for your preferred sessions and advise us whether or not you require childcare on the day. (Option to book casual sessions, or all 6 at a reduced rate. Childcare included!)

  • 3rd August & 6th August – Unconscious Self-Sabotage & Patterns (Emotional eating, drinking etc)

  • 17th August & 20th August – Meditation, Mindset and Mindfulness (Mind-FULL to Mindful)

  • 24th August & 27th August – Reflections
