The purpose of MYnd GYM for MUMS is to:

  • Offer Mums some incredible tools and techniques that could benefit them and their whole family - mentally, emotionally, and physically.

  • Empower Mums to not just 'survive', but thrive in life and motherhood.

  • Create a nurturing and supportive community for Mums where they feel safe to be open and real.


What you will learn in Mynd Gym for Mums:

  • How to nuture and enhance your emotional, mental and physical health.

  • How to not just SURVIVE, but THRIVE in life and Motherhood.

  • How to regain your sense of identity and purpose - taking your power back as a woman. You are MORE than a MUM!

  • How to reconnect with yourself and/or your partner.

  • Strategic tools and tips to nurture the wellbeing of you and your family.

  • Have FUN and be part of a supportive community who are on a similar journey to you.

MYnd GYM for MUMS weekly 1hr sessions are held on a Wednesday and Saturday at 10am. Bookings are ESSENTIAL! Located at Kids Sports on the Beaches, inside Pittwater Sports Centre: 1525 Pittwater Rd, North Narrabeen, 2101.

Week 2 – Identity, Intuition, and Intimacy

Week 3 – Nurturing your Mental and Emotional Health

Week 4 – Nurturing your Physical Health (tips and tools for Mum and family)

Week 5 – Self Care Strategies for THRIVING in Motherhood

Week 6 – Neutralising ‘Mum-Guilt’ (The struggle is real!)


TERM 2: Starts Weds 20th & Sat 23rd July 2022

Week 7    –   Enhancing your Energy and State of Mind

Week 8    –   Unconscious Self-Sabotage & Patterns

Week 9    –   Creating Resilient and Nurturing Relationships

Week 10  –   Balancing Family and Career (How to ‘have it all’)

Week 11  –   Meditation, Mindset and Mindfulness (Mind-FULL to Mindful)

Week 12  –   Reflections

Beth holistically mentors Mums through life and their Motherhood journey. Beth is fiercely passionate about supporting and mentoring women - especially Mums.
