  • Where is Kids Sports on the Beaches located?
    Kids Sports on the Beaches is located inside Pittwater Sports Centre. Our address is 1525 Pittwater Road, North Narrabeen 2101 NSW Australia. When you walk in the main doors, you will see us!
  • Is there parking onsite?
    We have a large parking lot available for all customers. The carpark is accessible off Pittwater Road going North.
  • I have a credit on my account, how can I use it?
    All credits will be available to use at the checkout on the customer portal. If you cannot see a credit, please contact our admin team on 9913 7421 and we can check to make sure that you do not have multiple accounts.
  • I have never used the customer portal, how can I log in?
    If your child has attended Kids Sports on the Beaches previously but you have never used the customer portal (due to making bookings in person or over the phone), our team would have already set up an account for you. Please use the email that you provided to us or the email that currently receives our emails and booking confirmations. Select “forget password” to gain access to your account if you have not already set up an account.
  • What are your term dates for 2023?
    Our Kindygym Australia and Fitnastics Australia programs run during the NSW Public School term dates. Term 1: Monday 30th January to Thursday 6th April Term 2: Monday 24th April to Sunday 2nd July Term 3: Monday 17th July to Sunday 24th September Term 4: Monday 9th October to Sunday 17th December
  • Do you offer facility hire at KSOTB?

  • Do you offer school or group programs at KSOTB?

  • What if my child is sick or unable to attend a class?
    Each child is eligible for as many makeup classes as required per term. To be granted this makeup token, please be sure to contact our admin team atleast one hour BEFORE the missed class. We will then grant you a makeup token which can be used up until the last day of term. Please note that it is within our booking policy that you are only able to redeem this makeup class if there is availability on your preferred day.
  • I need to change an enrolment but I have already paid and made the booking, what can I do?
    Contact our admin team as soon as possible and we can see if there is availability to transfer to a different class, day or time. Please note that if you have made a booking for the wrong class, you will not be able to receive a refund; however, if you wish to receive a credit and cancel the enrolment all together, our admin team will be more than happy to help.
  • Can I bring my newborn along if I am bringing my toddler to class?
    Yes! If you have a newborn (younger than 12 months) AND a toddler joining us for Kindy Gym, we understand. We recommend bringing a baby carrier if possible – that way you are still able to participate in the class with your toddler.
  • I’ve never been to Kids Sports on the Beaches before and I want my child to see if they like it before I book in. Is that possible?
    Yes, of course. We offer a free trial to customers who have not been here before. The trial holds your position for 24 hours after class so that you don’t miss out if you would like to enrol your child for the remainder of the term.
  • Do I have to remain on site whilst my child is participating in their Kindygym Australia class?
    Yes, all parents of children (12 Months to 5 Years Old) participating in our Kindygym Australia program will be required to stay onsite at all times. Parents of those in our Peekaboo or Kindy Gym class will also be required to participate in the class!
  • If I join later in the term, do I still have to pay the full term fee?
    No, fees are calculated pro-rata, so you will only be paying for the remaining classes of that term.
  • Can I attend a Kindygym Australia class as a casual?
    Yes, to book in for a casual class, you will need to contact our admin team up to 6 days in advance and make the payment at the same time! If you would prefer to call on the same day, you most definitely can, just call us first thing in the morning to check for availability.
  • What is the benefit of booking in for the term instead of casual (other than the discount)?
    We reach our capacity very quickly with casual bookings, so term bookings give you that peace of mind and consistency for your child each week.
  • How do I know what class is best for my child to attend?
    Our class descriptions and details are all available on our website. If your child has never been here before, we would recommend choosing a class based on your child’s age and gender. If you are still unsure, please do not hesitate to contact our admin team.
  • How can I use my Active Kids Voucher towards a gymnastics enrolment?
    You will need to email us your Active Kids Voucher PDF to admin@kidssportsonthebeaches.com.au so that we can process it for you. Once we have received the voucher, we will let you know once a credit has been applied to your account. Please note that new customers will need to create an account prior to sending us an Active Kids Voucher. From there, you must allow 24 – 48 hours for processing and we will let you know once you are able to make a booking using this voucher.
  • What if my child is sick or unable to attend a class?

  • The class I would like to book is full, how can I get on a waitlist?
    Please email our admin team as soon as possible and we will add your child to our waitlist. As soon as a position becomes available, we will reach out and let you know!
  • Can I drop my child off and pick them back up after their class?
    Yes, if your child is in our Fitnastics Australia program for children aged 5+, you can drop your child off, if they are comfortable with this arrangement. Please note that our KSOTB staff are strictly only able to supervise your child during class time – so your child will not be supervised before or after class, this is your responsibility.
  • I’ve never been to Kids Sports on the Beaches before and I want my child to see if they like it before I book in. Is that possible?

  • Are you currently running your Adult Gym classes?
    Our Adult Gym classes are currently on hold. We will let everyone know via email, Instagram & Facebook when they are back up and running. Please create an account on the customer portal if you wish to subscribe to our emails.
  • How can I find out more information regarding the NBGA Competitive Program?

  • I want to pay my child’s monthly competitive fees, how can I do this?
    We would highly recommend becoming familiar with our customer portal, this will ensure you are able to pay fees promptly. If you would prefer to make a payment over the phone or via bank transfer, please contact our admin team. Alternatively, you can fill out the Billing Authorisation Form and leave it in the hands of our admin staff; to get access to this form, please email us.
  • Do you accept any vouchers towards the Vacation Care program?
    Unfortunately, we are still currently in the process of being an approved provider and cannot accept these for our upcoming Vacation Care program. Please stay tuned for further updates via email, as we hope to accept the BASC Vouchers soon!
  • I want to add additional days to my child’s booking, but the customer portal is telling me that “CHILD NAME, is already enrolled in this camp”?
    You will need to go into “My Account” > Select “Enrollments” for your child > Select “Modify Schedule”. Here you will be able to add any extra days and the additional fees will be calculated automatically.
  • What does my child need to bring to vacation care?
    A hat, water bottle, spare change of clothes, towel & swimmers (for weather permitting activities) is highly recommended.
  • Do I need to pack food for my child?
    If your child does not have any allergies or dietary requirements, we will provide your child with morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea if attending the full day. If your child is attending our morning program, they will receive morning tea.
  • Do I need to pack food for my child if they have a nut allergy?
    Even though we are a nut free facility, you will still need to pack your child with their own food for vacation care. This is because we have external caterers & safety comes first.
  • Can my child attend with a friend?
    If your child is in the same age range as their friend, your child will be able to hang out with their friends at vacation care! We give all children the choice of who they would like to be with at the start of the day. If you have any concerns, you can always have a chat to our supervisor when you drop your child off.
